We want you to love your frames, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn sunglasses in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and secure it to the original INDY shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the frames for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
